But did you know you can treat yourself to this luxurious cool down delight right at home? Whether you prefer to exercise in your living room or out in nature, you don’t have to miss out on this spa-worthy reward. Prep these cooling scented towels, made with livening essential oils, in advance so you can enjoy them after your next sweat session.

Ingredients
1-2 dozen washcloths
3 cups water
3-4 drops Vitacost Lavender Essential Oil
2-3 drops Vitacost Sweet Orange Essential Oil
2-3 drops Vitacost Eucalyptus Essential Oil

Directions

  1. Fill bowl with water. Add essential oils.
  2. Submerge towels in water. Squeeze out excess water and fold or roll towel.
  3. Place in small cooler or reclosable gallon bags and freeze. When ready to use, remove from freezer to experience a cool treat for your skin!
