DIY Avocado Baby Food

They don’t call them baby steps for nothing. When you’re first introducing solid foods, your little one needs a good balance of flavor and texture. This can be a long, slow process – for both of you. If you aren’t sure where to start, this homemade avocado baby food checks all the boxes. The cucumber adds a hint of saltiness, which then gets leveled out by creamy avocado. It’s so rich and fun to eat, baby won’t even notice you added probiotics for their digestive health. Look at you taking extra steps!

Makes: 1 serving

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cucumber, peeled & diced
1 Tbsp. avocado
1/4 tsp. Garden of Life RAW Probiotics Kids

You’ll also need:

1 NUK Mash & Serve Bowl
1 silicone spoon

Directions

1. Put all ingredients in the NUK Mash & Serve Bowl. Mash until thoroughly mixed.
2. As baby gets older, increase the cucumber and avocado by a 1:1 ratio.
