Oh, no! You forgot it’s your turn to bring the sweets, and this crowd won’t settle for store-bought. Your best bet is to bake a batch of these Double Chocolate Fudge Cookies. All you need is one mixing bowl and 10 minutes. The best part? They’ll have that fresh-from-the-oven warmth that makes mouths melt.

Quick Fudge Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 ¾ cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
½ cup cocoa powder
½ cup dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all cookie ingredients (except chocolate chips) and stir until well-combined.
  3. Roll dough into balls, flatten a bit and place on prepared cookie sheet with about an inch or two of space between them.
  4. Top cookie dough with chocolate chips and bake 8-10 minutes, or until slightly golden.

Keep calm and dessert on!
