Ingredients
1 ¾ cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
½ cup cocoa powder
½ cup dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all cookie ingredients (except chocolate chips) and stir until well-combined.
