Ingredients
1 cups almond flour
¼ tsp. Redmond Real Salt
5 tsp. maple syrup
2 tsp. water
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
¼ cup mini chocolate chips (vegan, if desired)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour with maple syrup, water, vanilla and salt. Mix until combined. Dough should be moist, so add more water if needed. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop out dough and roll into 12 balls. Place on prepared baking sheet and flatten into cookie shapes.
- Bake for 7 minutes for soft cookies. For crunchier cookies, bake for 9-10 minutes or until golden brown.
