Indulgence is as abundant as cheer this time of year, and a holiday breakfast deserves to be part of the fun. Enter eggnog waffles! Fluffy, creamy and spiced with nutmeg, cinnamon and less than a cup of eggnog, these waffles offer a more wholesome decadence. Let’s be honest, sipping eggnog is often a one-and-done holiday treat and the carton sits forgotten in the fridge. Your extra ‘nog will have a new purpose and your family will hail you as a holiday magic-maker. They’re also perfect for a holiday waffle bar with a variety of other waffles and choose-your-own toppings. Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside and filled with the flavors of the season, this breakfast makes sweet memories.
