What’s in it?
Almased is a powder that contains from soy protein, honey enzymes, and skim milk yogurt powder. They’re combined in a fermentation process.
What can it do for your body?
Almased is designed to boost your energy and metabolism. Because it contains protein, it helps you stay full and minimizes cravings. How do you use it?
Initially, you drink vegetable broth, water and three Almased shakes per day. The shakes consist of eight level tablespoons of Almased with cold water (bottled or filtered) or milk (skim, unsweetened almond or soy). Followed by that starting phase, you shift to the reduction phase, during which you swap out two meals with shakes and eat one healthy meal each day. After that comes the stability phase, during which you eat two healthy meals a day and swap a shake for one meal.
