Instructions

  1. In medium pot over medium heat, combine almond milk, cinnamon, farro and oats; bring to simmer. Let simmer 4 to 6 minutes, stirring throughout.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in ground flaxseeds, stevia and honey.
  3. To serve, pour porridge into bowl. Top with sliced apple, yogurt and chopped nuts, if desired.
