- 1-1/2 cups almond milk
 - 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
 - 1 cup cooked farro
 - 1/2 cup oats
 - 2 Tbsp. honey
 - 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseeds
 - 1/2 apple sliced
 - 1 Tbsp. stevia
 - 1/4 cup yogurt
 - Chopped pecans optional
 - Chopped almonds optional
 
Instructions
- 
										In medium pot over medium heat, combine almond milk, cinnamon, farro and oats; bring to simmer. Let simmer 4 to 6 minutes, stirring throughout.

										Remove from heat; stir in ground flaxseeds, stevia and honey.
 - 
										To serve, pour porridge into bowl. Top with sliced apple, yogurt and chopped nuts, if desired.
