Made from TigerNuts, which are actually small root vegetables, this beverage is loaded with fiber, iron and potassium. Plus, it only takes five minutes to make!
Fresh TigerNut Milk
Ingredients
1 cup raw TigerNuts
4 seedless dates
4 cups water
Directions
In a high-speed blender, combine ingredients until smooth.
Variations:
- 1-2 Tbsp. raw honey or maple syrup can be swapped for dates, if desired.
- For Strawberry TigerNut Milk, add 1 cup strawberries.
- For Chocolate TigerNut Milk, add 2 Tbsp. Vitacost Cacao Powder.
- Use cold water for chilled milk.
