Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or Silpat.
- On a microwave safe plate, heat Quest bar in the microwave for 12 seconds. Break softened bar into 4 equal parts and form the pieces into circular discs.
- Place discs on prepared cookie sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove and let cool before topping each cookie with a teaspoon of Coconutter and 6 chocolate chips.
