Frozen Chocolate Banana Protein Pops

Makes 6 pops

Ingredients

¾ cup PlantFusion Chocolate Caramel Phood Protein Powder
¾ cup organic coconut oil, melted
2 large bananas, cut into three pieces each
6 popsicle sticks

Toppings

Rawmio Almond Silk Butter
Shredded coconut

Directions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stick a popsicle stick into each banana portion. Place banana on baking sheet and let them freeze for at least one hour (overnight is better).
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted coconut oil and protein powder. Dip each frozen pop into the mixture, letting excess oil drip off. The chocolate will begin to freeze. Place pop back on parchment paper. Repeat process for all pops, double dipping each, if necessary.
  4. Place pops back in the freezer overnight to set.
  5. Serve frozen.
