Chocolate Cookie-Brownie Recipe

Fudge Brownie Cookies


1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  3. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of batter onto baking sheet and repeat until all batter is used.
  4. Bake 8 – 10 minutes, or until edge begin to crisp. Cookies should still be soft and gooey.
