Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tsp. brown sugar
¼ tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. garlic powder
Red pepper flakes, to taste
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve as a dipping sauce for spring rolls or egg rolls.
