Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pour apple juice into small saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over juice and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Over low heat, gently stir continuously until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat. Add strawberries and beetroot powder. Stir until well combined.
  4. Slowly fill each cavity in molds.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 2-4 hours
