Ingredients
- 4 frozen bananas cut into thirds
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp. ground ginger
- Dash nutmeg
- 1½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 2-3 tsp. maple syrup to taste
- Gingerbread spice cookies optional
Instructions

In food processor, combine bananas, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, vanilla and maple syrup. Pulse until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed with rubber spatula.
