Instructions

  1. In food processor, combine bananas, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, vanilla and maple syrup. Pulse until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed with rubber spatula.
  2. To add texture, crumble four gingerbread cookies into food processor and pulse to combine, or simply crumble cookies on top of each serving.
