Whether it’s a backyard BBQ or potluck lunch at the office, brownies are usually the first dessert to go. If there happen to be multiple batches of brownies, representing a handful of home-bakers, then it becomes a battle of fudginess. You can win this war, but it’s going to take a lot of love and just the right mix of flour and chocolate.

1 cup coconut flour
¼ cup oat flour
½ cup cocoa powder
½ cup coconut sugar
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 ¼ cup almond milk
1 egg white
Pinch of salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and coat a square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, stir together flours, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, salt, almond milk and egg white.
