Chock-full of fresh flavors including garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley and zesty lemon juice, it’s a must-have on your game-day snack menu. The best part? Gluten-Free Sun-Dried Tomato Garlic Veggie Dip

Ingredients

3/4 cup Sir Kensington’s Mayonnaise
3 sprigs fresh parsley
1.5 oz. sun-dried tomatoes, dry
3 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse until creamy.
  2. Serve as a veggie dip or use it to marinade chicken before baking or grilling.
