Ingredients
- 7 jalapeños halved and seeds removed
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pkg. organic cream cheese softened
- 1 egg white beaten
- 1 box Simple Mills Garlic & Herb Organic Seed Flour Crackers crushed
- Black pepper to taste
- Paprika
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In bowl, combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese.

In separate bowl, add crushed Simple Mills crackers.

In third bowl, beat egg white.

Stuff jalapeño halves with one teaspoon of cream cheese-cheddar mixture. Dip each pepper in egg white, then coat with cracker mixture. Arrange on baking sheet.

Garnish with pepper and pinch of paprika.
