Are green smoothies a bit too earthy for your tastes? Instead of bitter-tasting leafy greens, this beverage gets its olive hues from zucchini and cilantro. Plus, it packs in even more nutritional goodness thanks to plant-based protein powders. But it’s the spoonful of organic peanut butter and peanut butter powder that actually sets this smoothie apart from the others and brings about a taste-bud-pleasing drink.

Serves 1

Ingredients

1 scoop unsweetened hemp protein powder
1/2 scoop Vega Sport Plant-Based Protein Powder
1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla cashew milk or almond milk
1 Tbsp. organic peanut butter
1 Tbsp. peanut butter slim
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/3 cup zucchini
Ice

Directions

In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.

Mo’s note: Slice and freeze zucchini before blending for thicker consistency.
