- 1/2 banana
- 1 kiwi peeled
- 2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 serving collagen protein powder optional
Toppings
- 1/2 banana sliced
- 1/2 kiwi peeled and cubed
- Sprinkle hemp seeds
