Ingredients

Toppings

  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 1/2 kiwi peeled and cubed
  • Sprinkle hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend together ice, milk, half banana, kiwi, hemp seeds, spinach and optional collagen protein.
  2. Pour into bowl. Top with banana slices, kiwi slices and sprinkle of hemp seeds.
