Green Tea & Avocado Smoothie

Green tea is great hot or iced. But have you tried it in a smoothie? Brew a cup and let it chill before adding to your blender with almond milk, sliced avocado, flax seeds and other superfood favorites for a rich-and-creamy, antioxidant-packed drink.

Serves 1


8 oz. green tea, brewed and chilled
3 oz. almond milk
1 large avocado
1 tsp. organic peanut butter
Pinch of sea salt
1 scoop protein powder
1 Tbsp. flax seeds
1 tsp. stevia
1 tsp. cocoa powder


1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; pulse until smooth.

2. Serve immediately.
