Green Vegan Smoothie

Ingredients

¾ cup frozen spinach*
2 Tbsp. flax meal
1 scoop vegan rice protein powder
1/3 cup frozen chopped zucchini
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
¼ to ½ cup water (use less for thicker, shake-like consistency)

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend well.

2. Enjoy!

*Quick Tip: Instead of pre-packaged frozen spinach, buy fresh spinach and freeze it yourself. This will give your smoothies an extra-creamy consistency!
