What does health mean to you?

Health isn’t just about eating right and working out. It’s also about being happy and finding balance in all the things you do to stay healthy!

What inspired you to start living a healthy life?

After I had my daughter, I wanted to set a great example for her and just be healthier in general.

What are three things you do to stay healthy?

  1. I eat clean.
  2. I work out.
  3. I hold myself accountable and am extremely motivated by teaching my daughter to be healthy.

What is one motivational quote that you live by?

What advice do you have for someone who is trying to live healthier? 

Take small steps. Change doesn’t happen overnight. You’ll realize it’s an ongoing process that takes time and dedication. Commit yourself and you won’t be sorry!
