1 can chickpeas
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup quick oats
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. almond milk
vanilla extract
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
1. In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips; blend mixture to dough-like consistency.
2. Stir in chocolate chips.
