Growing up, Mom never let you lick the cookie dough bowl, warning that raw eggs could make you sick. Now you have nothing to worry about, because this peanut butter faux dough is no danger to your health — or your waistline.
Healthy Peanut Butter Cookie “Dough”
Ingredients
1-¼ cups chickpeas
2 Tbsp. Vitacost PBSlim Powdered Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. cacao nibs
2 Tbsp. dark chocolate chips
¼ cup Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Directions
1. Place all ingredients, except cacao nibs, into a food processor and pulse until combined.
2. Add cacao nibs and pulse another few seconds.
3. Scoop out, top with dark chocolate chips and dig in, guilt free!
