Hemp Protein Brownies with White Chocolate Chips

Ingredients

1 cup Vitacost Cocoa Powder
1/3 cup Nutiva Coconut Flour
2/3 cup Swerve Granular Erythritol
¼ cup Nutiva Coconut Sugar
¼ cup Nutiva Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
¼ cup Nutiva Hemp Protein Powder
¼ cup Nutiva Hemp Vanilla Protein Powder
5 oz. Sunspire White Chocolate Chips
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 jumbo eggs
15 oz. pumpkin puree
¾ cup Silk Unsweetened Cashew Milk
¼ cup Sweet Spreads Chocolate Brownie Coconutter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9” x 13” baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well incorporated.
  3. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Slice into 16 even squares and indulge responsibly!
