Boasting vegan Worcestershire sauce and herbs like oregano and basil, this marinade will transform ordinary vegetables into a savory culinary experience that even the most staunch meat lovers will get hooked on.

Vegan Herb Vegetable Marinade

Ingredients

½ cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. minced shallot
½ tsp. vegan Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. garlic salt
¼ tsp. dried pepper
¼ tsp. dried thyme
¼ tsp. dried oregano
¼ tsp. dried basil

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Coat your desired vegetables with marinade, setting aside a small amount to drizzle after cooking. Let veggies marinate for 30 minutes. Cook or grill as desired.
  3. Drizzle remaining marinade over cooked veggies.
