Quote of the day:
“The light is what guides you home, the warmth is what keeps you there.”
~Ellie Rodriguez
This question came from a reader: “What constitutes a “˜good’ yoga studio? My YMCA offers yoga, but surely it can’t be the same quality as a class at a studio.”
Thanks for your question! It’s a good one.
There are a few things to consider when choosing your yoga “home:”
-How do you feel when you walk in the door? Do you feel welcomed, loved, happy, relaxed, relieved, supported, included, safe and inspired?
-How do you feel during your practice? Do you feel welcomed, loved, happy, relaxed, relieved, supported, included, safe, inspired and challenged?
-How do you feel after your practice? Do you feel loved, happy, relaxed, relieved, supported, included, safe, inspired, energized and excited for your life?
If you answered “Yes” to all of the above questions, you’ve found your yoga studio or yoga class. Congratulations!
If you answered “No” to any of them, keep looking. Finding the right yoga studio is very personal, and very important. Don’t settle! It’s out there.
And if it ain’t, email me at taylor@pranapoweryoga.com and I just might open a Prana Power Yoga studio near you!
Have the best day ever!
Namaste!
