Please read parts 1 and 2 before you read this.

Here’s another simple and quick and healthy “Taylor-ized meal” that my five kiddos love.  Please share your own tips and suggestions for getting the healthy stuff into yo’ kids’ bellies!  We’d all love to hear.  We Sisters gotsta stick together!

Appetizer: Carrots with Caesar salad dressing

Main course: Egg-n-veggie omelet sandwiches on gluten-free bread

What you’ll need:

-Egg whites

-Your kids’ favorite veggies (mine like spinach, broccoli, mushroom, and onion)

-Grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese (optional)

Gluten free bread (there are many options on Vitacost.com.  Just type “gluten free bread” into the search and find your favorite.)

-Baby carrots

Caesar salad dressing

This meal takes about ten minutes to make and my kids inhale it.  I put out the “crudités” (LOL”“”“the baby carrots and Caesar dressing) while I’m making the egg-n-veggie sandwiches, so they can munch on those while they’re super hungry. Also,  it’s good food combining to eat the faster-to-digest foods first (fruits and veggies).

Enjoy and have the best day ever!

Namaste!
