Kale Post-Workout Protein Shake
Makes 5 cups
Ingredients
1 scoop Quest Strawberries & Cream Protein Powder (or Vanilla Milkshake flavor)
½ cup baby spinach leaves
¼ cup fresh blueberries
5 large strawberries
2 large kale leaves
½ Granny Smith apple, diced
2 Tbsp. ground flax seed
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup cashew milk
6 oz. low-carb banana yogurt
1/8 tsp. vanilla
