This veggie-based hummus is the perfect snack for keto dieters. Why use cauliflower? Traditional hummus contains chickpeas, a member of the legume family, which are super nutritious – but unfortunately not keto-friendly. If you’ve ever used this cruciferous vegetable to make cauliflower mash (a great alternative to mashed potatoes), then you know this ingredient is super versatile. This collagen-infused dip tastes extremely similar to ordinary hummus and the consistency is on point!
