Keto French Pancakes
In bowl, combine eggs, cream, water and salt; use hand mixer to mix.
Whisk in chia flour gradually until batter is smooth.
Let rest at least 10 minutes.
In medium-sized cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Pour ½ cup batter per pancake. Wait until top is almost dry, then flip and cook until golden-brown. Repeat until all batter is used.
Serve with whipped cream and/or berries.
