Gobs of mayo and fluffy white bread aren’t part of this tuna salad “sandwich.” Here’s a tastier, healthier version of a classic favorite, made with creamy guacamole and fresh veggies and rolled into a much-neater-to-eat wrap. With just 342 calories and 10 grams of fat, it’s the perfect catch on days when a nutritious, light lunch is what you’re looking for.

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) can water-packed tuna
1 Tbsp. guacamole
1 whole wheat tortilla
2 cups romaine  lettuce
1 tomato, sliced



Directions

1. Prepare guacamole according to package directions; spread onto tortilla.

2. Lightly fluff tuna with fork; sprinkle over guacamole. Top with lettuce and tomato.

3. Roll tortilla, tucking in one edge to form wrap.
