Whole-Wheat Cinnamon Pancakes with Strawberry Jam

Serves 1

Ingredients

1 cup whole-wheat pancake mix
2 Tbsp. quick-cooking oats
½ cup skim milk
4 egg whites
1 tsp. of cinnamon
Non-stick cooking spray
Reduced-sugar strawberry jam

Directions

1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine pancake mix, oats, milk, eggs and cinnamon.

2. Prepare skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat to medium-high. Pour batter onto skillet and let cook until edges bubble; flip pancake. Repeat for remaining batter.

3. Spread jam on pancakes and serve.
