Minty fresh breath and squeaky clean teeth—a good toothpaste keeps your mouth in tip-top shape, your dentist happy and those around you less hesitant to lean in when you have a secret to share. Of course, taking care with the tube you choose makes a difference in your oral health. Ordinary tore-bought toothpastes can contain unwanted chemicals, from SLS (a foaming agent) to propylene glycol (a solvent found in antifreeze). Pamper your pearly whites with a safe, gentle and cost-effective solution instead. This simple toothpaste recipe combines nature’s best cleaning and freshening ingredients–and provides a three-month supply!
