To liken this mint fudge to a slightly undercooked brownie would be entirely accurate, because of the rich chocolate flavor oozing out of each square. Most of that comes from four scoops of low-carb protein powder, which also ups the nutritional impact. The rest is a product of pure cocoa powder. And the result? A thick gooeyness that will make you say goodbye to blender bottles. Your post-workout fuel has a new (fudgy) face.
