¼ cup Swerve Granular Erythritol
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
2 Tbsp. Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup
2 Tbsp. Nutiva Coconut Flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 large egg
¾ cup pumpkin puree
2/3 cup egg whites
¼ cup Sweet Spreads Chocolate Mint Coconutter, melted
1 tsp. peppermint extract (can adjust amount to your own preferences)
Frosting
1 scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
¼ cup Swerve Confectioners Style Erythritol
7 oz. 2% Fage Greek Yogurt
4 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened
Green food coloring, if desired

Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line an 8×8- or 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine all frosting ingredients until well combined. Set in fridge to chill.
- In a separate large bowl, combine all brownie ingredients.
- Pour batter into prepared baking pan and bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool. Once cooled, slice off the top half. Frost each half and stack them on top of each other.
