Mint Chocolate Protein Crispy Treats
Ingredients
1 scoop Giant Sports Delicious Chocolate Shake Protein Powder
½ cup Enjoy Life Crunchy Flax Cereal
½ cup chocolate chips
¼ cup chocolate-mint coconut spread or chocolate hazelnut butter
3 Tbsp. sugar-free maple syrup
¼ tsp. mint extract or peppermint flavor
Directions
- In a large bowl, add protein powder, cereal, coconutter and maple syrup. Mix well.
- Spoon mixture into a small square dish and spread around until evenly distributed. An 8”x8” dish works well, or you can use a min loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, microwave chocolate chips. Stir in extract.
- Pour chocolate-mint sauce over cereal mixture. Set in fridge for about 1 hour.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
