Your gathering needs a festive, signature drink, of course. To please all your guests, regardless of their ages, backgrounds or dietary preferences, mix up a large batch of this pomegranate mocktail, made with chia seeds and garnished with mint leaves. Party on!

Serves 2

Ingredients

1 can of plain, sodium-free seltzer water or club soda
2 Tbsp. pomegranate juice
1 Tbsp. pomegranate seeds
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1-4 sprigs fresh mint leaves
Ice

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in tall glasses and mix well.
  2. Let the chia seeds thicken for a few minutes before serving.

Mo’s tip: Double or quadruple this recipe and combine in a large pitcher to make a party-size batch.
