Mixed Berry Pie Recipe
Crust
Follow this protein pie crust recipe, or omit the crust to make a berry crumble instead.
Filling
2 cups fresh berries
2 Tbsp. oat flour
2 Tbsp. coconut sugar
Crumble
¾ cup old fashioned oats
¾ cup oat flour
¼ cup light brown sugar
¼ cup honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. coconut oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare crust as directed, if using.
- In a medium bowl, add filling ingredients, gently mixing so berries are coated but not mashed. Pour into greased pie pan or over pie crust.
- In a separate bowl, combine crumble ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Spoon crumble over berries. Bake 30 minutes, or until berries begin to bubble.
