No-Bake Almond Butter Bites

No-Bake Almond Butter Bites

Serves 6


1/2 cup almond butter
1 Tbsp. PBSLIMâ„¢ Powdered Peanut Butter
1/4 cup gluten-free confectioners’ sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1-1/4 cups crushed gluten-free crackers
6 oz. dark chocolate, melted


1. In a large bowl, combine almond butter, PBSLIM, sugar, butter and crackers. Using hands, form the mixture into 2-inch balls.

2. Transfer to the freezer on a flat surface for 1 hour. Remove from freezer and dip into melted chocolate.

3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
