Unexpected winter weather holidays call for golf course sledding and snow ball fights. Though these coconut-dusted protein balls aren’t made of real snow, the kids will certainly be fighting over who gets the last one. This recipe calls for six ingredients and requires only a little hand-rolling to shape into spheres — a completely child-friendly activity to help pass the time. Once you’re done shaping, freeze the protein bites for an ice-cold “snow” ball you can rest assure the kids won’t throw at each other.
