No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies
Makes 12 brownies
1 cup cacao powder
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup water
4 Tbsp. maple syrup
4 Tbsp. peanut butter
12 whole peanuts
- In a large bowl, combine cacao, almond flour, water and maple syrup. Mix until well combined.
- Add peanut butter and swirl into mixture.
- Transfer mixture to a baking pan and smooth top.
- Cut into 12 brownies and place a peanut on each brownies. They can be eaten immediately or chilled.
