These no-bake treats are a breeze to put together–simply mix, freeze and enjoy.
No-Bake Coconut-Chocolate Chip Protein Balls
Makes 8-10 balls
Ingredients
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
½ cup old fashioned oats
¼ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 Tbsp. coconut butter
1 Tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
1 Tbsp. Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips
Directions
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips; stir well. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Use hands to scoop out dough and shape into balls. (Optional: Sprinkle balls with additional coconut.)
- Arrange balls on parchment-covered plate and freeze for 20 minutes. Store balls refrigerated.
