When you’re not a baker, you tend to shy away from desserts. It’s not that you don’t enjoy your fair share of sweets, but you’d rather grab a home run slice of pie at the bakery than make your own and strike out. Of course, there is a third option: throw together a batch of cookie dough balls. No baking and no eggs means no problem for a newbie. Simply mix, roll and eat – (cookie) batter up!
