by | Updated: December 4th, 2016

If you’re a nursing mom, you want to make sure your’re eating properly so that your milk supply keeps up with your baby’s needs and your wild appetite due to increased caloric needs. Enter breastfeeding cookies! While it’s easy to find recipes online, they often contain white flour, white sugar and other less-than-healthy ingredients. This no-bake version is made with wholesome basics such as oats, flax and brewer’s yeast — all of which are known to support milk production. Plus, no baking means more free time to snuggle with baby!
