No-Bake Triple Citrus & Coconut Snack Squares
Line 8”x8’” baking dish with parchment paper.
In large mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients until well combined.
Spoon mixture into prepared dish. Use back of spoon to smooth mixture.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours, or until coconut oil has hardened.
Slice into 16 squares. Store in refrigerator up to 3 days or in freezer up to 2 months.
