Banana-Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 cups fresh leafy greens, organic spinach or spring mix
- 2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened desiccated coconut
- 1 pitted date (optional – for extra sweetness)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender and combine until smooth.
