Nutty Arugula Pesto

2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Pinch sea salt (optional)
1 cup wild arugula
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 clove garlic, diced
1/4 toasted nuts of choice


  1. In food processor or high-speed blender, pulse ingredients until fully combined.
  2. Serve over favorite dish or stir into salads, slaws, quinoa, etc.
