Vegan Nutty Protein Spread

Serves 1-2


1 scoop non-soy vegan protein powder
1 Tbsp. nut butter of choice (almond, cashew, peanut)
1/2 zucchini, chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon rind
1/4 cup water


1. Combine all ingredients in blender; blend smooth.

2. Serve at room temperature or slightly warmed.
