The U.S government’s dietary guidelines recommend that five to nine servings of fruits and vegetables should be consumed daily. Impossible, you may be thinking! In our fast-paced society, it is often difficult to prepare nutritionally balanced meals that meet our nutritional needs. But don’t fret!
